This package is perfect for couples who want the paperwork without the fuss.

📋 Preparation and management of your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM)
✍️ A short legal ceremony including the required legal wording
👥 Two witnesses (you provide these)
📜 Registration of your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages

Booking Terms and Conditions
Booking Fee
To secure your wedding date and package, a non-refundable booking fee of $200 is required within 14 days of confirming your booking.An invoice will be issued and payment can be made via EFT. Once the booking fee has been received, your date is officially locked in my calendar.The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding date.
2. Changes to Your Wedding Date or Venue
Life happens, and sometimes plans change.If you need to change your wedding date or venue after booking, an administration fee of $150 applies.If I am unavailable for your new preferred date(s), the original booking fee remains non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your NOIM appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.For wedding ceremony bookings, a minimum of 60 days' notice is required for cancellations.
4. Travel
Travel is included for venues within 50km.For venues beyond this distance, an additional $100 per 50km travelled will apply.
5. Additional Time
A detailed run sheet helps ensure your day runs smoothly and everyone knows where they need to be.If significant delays occur on the day and additional time is required beyond the agreed package, extra charges may apply at a rate of $100 per hour.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that unexpected situations can arise.Any variation to these terms due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and remains at my discretion.
7. Identification Requirements
Australian marriage law requires that both parties provide evidence of their date and place of birth before a marriage can be solemnised. When completing your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), please have your identification documents ready, such as:
Birth Certificate
Passport
Driver Licence
Additional documents may be required depending on your circumstances.
8. Capacity to Marry
While I absolutely encourage celebrating your special day, Australian law requires that both parties fully understand and willingly participate in the marriage ceremony.If either person is deemed too intoxicated to legally consent at the time of the ceremony, I am unable to proceed with the marriage.Should a new legal ceremony be required on another date, an additional fee may apply.
9. Public Holiday Weddings
Love doesn't take public holidays, but suppliers sometimes do. Weddings conducted on a public holiday will incur a 20% surcharge on the selected package fee.
10. Transfer of Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM)
If I have completed your NOIM paperwork and you later choose to proceed with another celebrant, an administration fee of $150 will apply to transfer the documentation.
